Tween advice (part 2)

Hi everyone Rafaela here to talk more about advice for tweens or teens, this article is more for girls who feels bad about there size and weight.

This article will help you gain confidence on your self of how you feel, by that I will give examples of how to get in shape and to eat more healthier things.

HOW TO EXCERCICE: You can start by jogging everyday or 4 times per week whatever suits you, you can go to the gym and workout but don't work out really hard start slow so your body can get the hang of it at what your doing. If these ideas arent for you, you can also do an activity like sports dancing or go outside and ride a bike.

HOW TO EAT HEALTHIER FOODS: If you like choclate or candy maybe thats the reason why your overgrown, you should stop eating junkfood like caramel, vanilla, marshmellows, nutella, chips and etc. Their once in a while foods.

You should cut down on sweets and start eating vegtables like brocclie, carrots, salades, cellerie, green beans and etc. But remember you cant just eat vegtables everyday its bad for your stomach (becase your stomach wont be able to digest i tproperly), have a steak if it has fat on it just cut  it out or have rice, chicken, fish and more but dont forget when you eat your chicken or steak have some vegtables on the side or a salade. Have every food group in a meal. The average person should eat about 2000 carories per day kids and teens should have a little less. Remember that a person can not servive on only 300 calories a day.

 Don't feel pressured to be skinny the only reason you should lose weight is so you can be healthy but if your an average height teen and only weight 80 pounds or under you have a problem. If you skip many meals and eat under 1500 calories per day you might be begining to be anorexic. If you purge (through up food purpously) alot you may have Bulimia. These are two types of eating disorders to know more check out an article coming up soon "Eating Disorders".

Remember some people may just have a bad metablism so it will be harder for you to lose weight.
