How to look on Picture Day

Hey its Sofia. Since the first day of school has passed a few weeks ago now its almost time for PICTURE DAY! (at least at my school its almost here) So today i have decided to talk (well write) about looks that can match your personality. There will be girly, tomboy and more. These are mostly recomended for girls in high school that will take year book pictures but other events are fine to.
Some Tips Before Picture Day
1. Practice your smile in front of a mirror or with a person that will give you honest feedback
2. Choose what you wear, your outfit, hair and makeup before picture day. This way you will know how your supposted to look and won't be late to school because you couldn't decide.

4. Blow dry your hair the day before picture day to give it some shine.
5. Wear solid coulours to make the picture turn out better but a simple pattern is fine
Looks to match you personality
Girly Girls- Many girls are like this. I relized that on picture day they use WAY to much PINK! So for all you girlies out their listen clostley to my suggetions. Lets start with your outfit. Don't go over the top its school not a beauty pagent. Try couloured jeans blue is best. Have a shirt that is tight on the bottom but looser on the top. This will make any body type look good. Since the jeans are simple have a top with some sort of pattern on it. Try flats for the shoes. For hair I would do curly (watch our videos and learn how to do Miley Cyrus inspired hair, Taylor Swift curls and ways to curl hair). Try hoop earings or feathers. Do simple makeup or watch our videos and choose what look you'd want.
TomBoys- Even though your not into fashion it doesn't mean you can't look your best. So try something simple. Start with any plain t-shirt, white looks best. Add a jacket or vest I would try a leather jacket (brown or black), jean vest or jean jacket, a vest passed your belly opened or closed, a varsity jacket, or any other nice one you may have. Jackets should be open while vest don't really matter. Ripped skinny jeans are best but if this is to much for you then go for simple jeans. After wear a scarf this will leave you looking very fashionable yet simple or have a neclace. Try a braid I know you proboly wouldn't care much for hair so check out some videos and learn about making braids. Flats are best but if you want converse are fine. If this isn't for you straighten your hair or have loose waves.
Fashionista- Since you know about fashion wear whatever you want. However here is my opinion and is inspired by what I wore. Try the most fashionable shirt you have, but not a party shirt let's not go over bourd. Have any jeans I chose dark and skinny but any others are fine. I had a black leather jacket and wore it opened but I decided to take it off for the picture, leaving it on is fine, as long as its kept open. Since I got new boots I wanted to wear them so I added those but flats were my second choice so chose any nice shoes you own. You know tons about fashion so choose your accessories I just wore some peacock earrings but all are fine. For hair I would recomend waves but I didn't wear them because I had no time :(
The loud and Crazy one- Theirs nothing wrong with being fun so show that in your style. Start with a sparkily tank top, a bright neon shirt or a t-shirt with a funny saying on it. Wear this with any colorfull leggings or couloured jeans. Try some blinged out sneakers or just some neon ones. Maybe a leather jacket in hot pink or a cool shade can be added if you'd like. Usually I wouldn't recomend accesories but for this look the more the better. Big earrings are fine any you'd like. Maybe a neclace with your name on it or a bracelet with spikes coming out of it. But not all three because even this outfit shouldn't have more than two accesories. Either straighten your hair and add spray paint in any coulour or teese it. You can try this in any coulour but her (the makeup artist) suggetions are best. You can also try Nikki Manaj's look too near Katy Perry. But don't use a wig like they do use your own hair.
The Quit Shy Girl- Don't worry if your like this. Picture Day is the time to show them the person thats dieing to come out. The look you'll be doing today is cute, cool and confident. Start with any shirt an oversized one is best. Then put a skirt over it just above your waist I would either do a pencil skirt or a jean skirt but its up to you. If you think the skirt looks to short then put on tights underneath if its a cold day have longerones if its hotter try shorter ones. I recomend adding a varsity jacket if you have one, wear it opened. I will put up a video that I made showing some looks including this one to give you an idea of what i mean. It'll be right under this article. For your hair have either miley cyrus inspired hair (video can be found on our page ''VIDEOS FOR GIRLS XD) or some nice waves
Goth, emo, punk, ect- I know a goth girl and don't want you guys feeling left out. So for any goths, emos, scenes, punks, ect here is some advice. Sorry if you don't find this your style but i'm not goth so this is only from looks i've seen. Start with a black t-shirt and add a demin vest. Also have any long neclace that reaches your chest. Since its picture day try a jean skirt to give it an extra feminin touch. Put on some black boots with laces or converse. I would also add fingerlace gloves but you decide. You can add leggings if you want to. Spray paint your hair any coulours you like and straighten or tease it. For the makeup try a smoky eye or any type of black you prefer. To give it coulour have red lips but black or any other coulour is fine.
