How to eat healthy and to become less fat (5 steps)

HI:) Rafaela here. Do you ever feel insecure about how much you weigh? Ask questions about why your more bigger then the other kids? and why you can't do a lot of stuff that other people do? If you do then this is the article for you. I will tell you 5 steps of reasons/ tips of how to eat healthy.

1. The first thing you have to do is to stop thinking that your fat, this can be a reason because a lot of kids like to starve them selves and they think thats the only answer to there problem. But its not! Go to your mom or dad whoever shops for the food you like, tell them a list of things to stop buying that are getting you unhealthy and bigger. The reason why is because is you get very tempted by the food in front of you that you can't stop eatting unhealthy snacks. Also tell your parents to buy veggies, and good foods that will help you feel more stronger and healthy.

2. You can't only eat veggies and fruit. You need to exercise, try doing a couple of sit ups eachday then when it gets easier do more challenging stuff for you. If you have a dog, go jogging with it, dogs love running and this will be another way for you to get exercise. But just remember don't exercise with an empty stomach food gives you energy without anything you will start getting cramps really easy.

3.You need to be paitent with your self, if your starting now thats good but your body needs to adapt to the way things work right now, sometimes it can take a week to lose 5 pounds but a least your body is losing pounds.

4. Take track of how much weight you lost each month so you can see how much you need to lose the next month, this will encourage you to go more to the goal you are reaching but remember to pace yourself.

5. You can always have junk food and soda's once in awhile, because if you go to a resturant thats fine. Thats the point of going there, its to eat something but remember once in a while!
