Demi Lovato's Recovery

Two years ago Demi Lovato went through a horrible depression. It got so bad she started cutting herself on both wrists. She would always feel sad and eventually decided to get help. Unfortunatly she had to quit the show "Sonny With a Chance" when she was the main character!

Luckly Demi did recover in 2011. Soon after her recovery she started to make a song called "Skyscraper". The song was mainly to be strong at the worst of times. She got a tatto on each wrists where she would cut herself. The left hand said "stay" and the right said "strong". It was to remind Demi to never give up and never let the depression go through her again.

Directors are still deciding wheather or not they should continue the show or not. We think she had depression because of all the pressure she went through to look her best for the camera. Also she was having alot of drama with her ex boyfriend Joe Jonas. Demi even had an eating dissorder that's alot of pressure on one girl! And now she is the happy girl who is just like Sonny, but this time she is better and stronger.

 

I hope this will never happen to her ever again. She was my role model and many others.

Hey it's Sofia now and It's been a few months since we started our web. Now I have some info on Demi and how shes doing. She will be guest staring on greys ananomy's new season as a paitient and has had a new hit song (give your heart a break.) She is now well enough to do these things and has even went to the Teen Choice Awards. Although she will  not be doing Sonny with a chance she will focus more on her acting career and her singing who knows she may even make a new album
